Removal

1 . Release the two u pper mou nti ng fixings, collecting
the n uts from the inside of the mou nting as you do
so.
2 . Remove the two . side fixings
windscreen.

3. Fit the windscreen to the u pper mou nting, and
secure with the bolts and n uts. Tig hten to

Front Mudguard - Tiger 800

Removal
1 . Detach t h e front brake hose from t h e two cl ips o n
t h e front mudguard .
2. Remove the two rig ht hand fixings and collect the
front fork protector.

3 . Support the front mudguard a n d remove the two left
hand fixings, collecti ng the front fork protector as the
bolts are removed. Carefu lly rem ove the mudguard
towards the front of the m otorcycle.
Installation
1. Position the front mudguard to the front forks.
2 .
Reposition t h e right hand front fork protector t o the
mudguard, align the holes and refit the two fixings.
Do not tig hten at this stage.
3 . Reposition t h e left hand front fork protector t o the
mudguard, align the holes and refit the two screws.

Refit the front brake hose to the mudguard cli ps.
6 Nm.
