2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM – SFI SYSTEM
(a) Disconnect the C1 park/neutral position switch
connector.
(b) Remove the ST relay from the engine room R/B.
(c) Measure the resistance between the terminals.
Standard resistance (Check for open)
Tester Connection
C1-9 - ST relay terminal (5)
Standard resistance (Check for open)
Tester Connection
C1-9 or ST relay terminal (5) - Body ground
(d) Reinstall the ST relay.
