(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the
table below.

HINT:
If the result of the inspection for a short circuit is not as
specified, there may be a short in the ECU.

(a) Reconnect the connectors.
(b) Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
(c) Turn the engine switch on (IG).
(d) Check the DATA LIST for proper functioning of the
vehicle speed signal.
