Code – Choose a number for such function.
Type – Choose the type (ASCII or Hex) for the
data to be stored.
Value – Type the content of the data to be
processed by the function of DHCP option.
IPv6 Setting – It is available when IPv6 is selected as IP
Version.
Prefix Length – Type the fixed value for prefix
length.
Prefix Send To – Choose the interface (LAN).
Default Route - Check the box to enable the
default route for such WAN profile.
Detect Setting - Such function allows you to verify whether
network connection is alive or not through or Ping detection
or Auto detection.
Connection Detection - Check the box of
Connection Detection to enable such function.
Connection Detection Mode - Choose the
detection mode.
Always On - If you want to connect to Internet all the time,
check the Always On box.
When Static is selected under Both /ADSL/VDSL2
MTU - It means Max Transmit Unit for packet. The default
setting will be 1500.
PPPoE Pass-through Enable- The router offers PPPoE
dial-up connection. Besides, you also can establish the
PPPoE connection directly from local clients to your ISP via
the Vigor router. Thus, the PC can access Internet through
such direction. Check the box to enable such function.
Pass-through Interface – Specify an interface.
VLAN Encapsulation - Enable the function of VLAN with
tag. The router will add specific VLAN number to all packets
while sending them out. Please type the tag value and specify
the priority for the packets sending by the router.
VLAN ID –Type the value as the VLAN ID
