Troubleshooting

Trouble
The machine does not move
The brake does not operate
The machine does not move
when pressing the drive pedal
and the drive system warning
light (red) flashes.
Possible causes
The batteries are discharged or its connections are not
efficient
The drive pedal control assembly (R1) is broken
The drive system electronic board (EB1) is faulty
The wiring harness is damaged
The carbon brushes of the driving wheel (M0) are worn/
damaged
The ignition key (SW1) is not working
The driver's seat safety microswitch (SW7) is broken
The braking masses are worn
The brake cable is misadjusted
The drive pedal has been pressed before or at machine
start-up.
Drive system failure.
Wheel System, Traction
Remedy
Charge the batteries or clean/repair the
connections
Replace
Replace
Check the electrical connections/repair the
wiring harness
Replace the carbon brushes/replace the driving
wheel
Replace
Replace
Replace
Adjust it
Start up the machine without pressing the drive
pedal.
Turn off the machine and then turn it on again.
If the trouble persists, contact the Service
Center.
