0001 When the main power is turned on, the communication IC (IPC) on the
reader controller PCB cannot be initialized.
0002 When the main power is turned on, the communication IC (IPC) on the DC
controller PCB cannot be initialized.
0003 When the main power is trend on, the communication IC (IPC) on the main
controller PCB cannot be initialized.
Main cause The DC controller PCB is faulty. The reader controller PCB is faulty. The
machine controller PCB is faulty.
Action
Malfunction, PCBs
Turn off and then on the main power switch. Is the problem corrected?
YES: End.
NO:
