3) Remove the two screws [1] and the gear
cover [2].
4) Remove the two gears [3].
5) Put copy paper [3] between the devel-
oping cylinder [1] and the blade [2].
6) Remove the screw [1], and remove the
grounding plate [2].
7) Remove the grip ring [3].
