Selecting Notes to use in Monitoring Mode

Notes which is for system use is displayed in the Notes field on the status bar. If the text "Notes" is red this means
that the workstation is in the planning mode for Notes. To activate the monitoring mode and choose Notes for the
monitoring mode, do the following:
