1.
Remove the scan cover (flatbed). See

Remove the flatbed contact glass. See

Remove the scanner right side cover. See

Remove the three screws (A) that attach the hinge support bracket to the rear scan bracket.

Remove the two screws (B) from the top.

Remove the two screws (C) from the left side and right side.
