Snap the bottom fastener of the sensor cover into place in the lower exit guide assembly, and use a small
flat bladed screwdriver to ease the sensor cover into the clips.
4.
Replace the screw securing the sensor cover.
Note: Make sure the flag moves properly.

Remove the fuser exit sensor. See

Note the position of the spring (A) in relation to the flag (B).
3.
Carefully ease the right arm (C) until the fuser exit sensor cover releases the flag and spring.
