Start of Utilities
With the EXPRESSBUILDER, you can start the following utilities installed in the maintenance partition.
– System Management
– System Diagnostics
– Maintenance Partition Update
Chassis Identify
This function can distinguish the machine with the lamp or buzzer of the machine.
This is convenient if you have to distinguish a machine among many machines on the rack.

RESETTING THE SERVER

If the server halts before starting the operating system, press and hold Ctrl and Alt and press Delete.
This restarts the server.
Pressing the RESET switch on the front panel reboots the server.
IMPORTANT:

FORCED SHUTDOWN

Use this function when an operating system command does not shut down the server, the POWER switch does not turn off the
server, or resetting does not work.
Press and hold the POWER switch on the server for at least four seconds. The power is forcibly turned off. To turn on the
power back again, wait approximately 10 seconds after turning off the power (forced shutdown).
