Preface
Congratulations on your purchase of the Océ Color System 200!
There are three Operator's Manuals for the CS200: The Basic Operations Manual,
Advanced Operations Manual and Quick Reference. The Basic Operations Manual
and the Advanced Operations Manual describe the CS200, its functions, and its
method of use. They also describe various precautions to be observed in order to
ensure safe operation. Instructions for CS200 options are included in the Basic
Operations Manual (manuals are also included separately with each option). The
Quick Reference summarizes and provides procedures frequently used in everyday
operation from amongst the functions and operations of the CS200.
This manual is the Advanced Operations Manual. It describes various advanced color
copying features which enable you to perform various adjustments or changes to the
color(s) on an original, to designate areas on an original for editing or to make
composite copies by combining images and/or text from different originals.
Read this manual and any others included with your CS200 to gain a clear
understanding of the various available functions so that you can use them effectively
to meet your copying needs.
After reading this manual, store it in a safe place for future reference.
