When using One-point Designation, designate a
point inside the enclosed area.
If you designate a point on the line of the enclosed
area, the processing may not be performed
properly.
When designating an area with a single point,
make sure that the border of the image is not
broken. Note that even the borders of originals that
are not broken may become so if the image
overlaps the border when it is enlarged.
Marker Editing (Partial Editing by Designating an Area with the Highlight Markers)
One-point Designation
If the image to be edited has a solid border, marking one point inside the
border with a highlight marker causes the area inside the border to be
recognized as an area. A maximum of 4,000 items can be specified in one
original. There are two methods for making One-point Designations.
Entire Enclosed
The entire region within the border is recognized as an area.
Designated Area
If another border exists inside the border, the entire area except for the
region inside the inner border is recognized as an area.
Notes when making a One-point Designation
The designation can not be made if a portion of the border in the
image is open.
The diameter of the mark must be from 1.5 mm to 7 mm.
