The ipNetToMediaTable is the IP Address Translation table used for mapping from IP
addresses to physical addresses. Each entry contains one IP address to physical address
equivalence.

The ipRoutingDiscards OID is the number of routing entries which were chosen to be
discarded even though they are valid.

Table 13-9. Address Translation Table OIDs

Description
Interface on which this entry's equivalence is effective.
Physical address.
IP address corresponding to the physical address.
Type of mapping. A value of dynamic(3) means that the entry
was added by the ARP protocol. A value of static(4) means
the entry was added by a user. A value of invalid(2) is used
for an invalidated mapping and a value of other(1) is used
when none of the previous values apply.
