Hardware watchdog timer

The hardware watchdog command automatically reboots an FTOS switch/router with a single
RPM that is unresponsive. This is a last resort mechanism intended to prevent a manual power
cycle.

a set of objects which describe the status of a
particular power supply.
Trap generated when the power supply status
changes to non-operational

changes to operational.
Trap generated when a power supply major alarm is
issued
Trap generated when a power supply major alarm is
cleared
Trap generated when a power supply minor alarm is
issued
Trap generated when a power supply minor alarm is
cleared
Each entry in the chSysFanTrayTable includes a set
of objects that describe the status of a particular fan
tray, as identified by the chSysFanTrayIndex
Trap generated when the status of one or more fans
changes to down, and generates a minor alarm
