Leaving messages
Call and let a co-worker with a display phone
know that you have called.
Let a co-worker with a display phone know that
you wish to speak with him or her, without
calling.
Let a co-worker with a multiline phone know that
you wish to speak with him or her, without
calling.
Leave a voice mail message for someone or
allow a caller to do so.
Post a specific message (such as, OUT TO
LUNCH) for co-workers with display phones.
Cancel a message left for a co-worker who has
a display phone.
Receiving messages
Return a call from a co-worker who has left a
message.
Read messages.
Turn off Message light.
Delete messages.
