Create the VPN. In the navigation tree, double-click VPN Manager, then right-click

VPNs and select AutoKey IKE VPN. The New AutoKey IKE VPN dialog box appears.
Configure the General VPN Properties:
a. In Name, enter Tokyo-Paris Policy-Based VPN.
b. Select Enable.
c. In Termination Point, select Untrust.
