In an open item, click Print.
In the Select Item to be printed field, the message is selected by default.
You can deselect the message if you do not want to print it along with the attachments.
2 Select one or more attachments.
Attachments are printed as they would appear if viewed in the GroupWise document viewer
(JadeLiquid*). If this rendering is not sufficient, drag and drop the attachment into the
application in which it was originally created and print it from there.
3 Select print options as needed.
4 Click Print.

3.5.4 Specifying Default E-Mail Header Information to Print

When you print an item, the From, To, Date, Subject, CC, and attachment names are displayed in the
header at the top of the page. You can change the information that prints.
1 Linux: Click Tools > Options.
Mac: Click GroupWise > Preferences.
2 Click Printing.
3 Click General, then select or deselect these options as desired.
4 Click Message, then select or deselect options as desired.
5 Click OK.

3.5.5 Changing the Printed Font on Plain Text Items

1 Linux: Click Tools > Options.
Mac: Click GroupWise > Preferences.
2 Click Printing.
3 In the Plain text printing font box, click the button to select a font.
4 Select a font, font style, and font size.
5 Click OK.

3.6 Handling Unwanted E-Mail (Spam)

Use Junk Mail Handling to decide what to do with unwanted Internet e-mail, also known as spam,
that is sent to your GroupWise e-mail address.
