6.5.11 Sorting an Address Book

1 In the Main Window, click
2 Click the address book you want to sort.
3 Click the column you want to sort by.
You can sort by the Name or User ID column, in ascending or descending order.

6.5.12 Importing/Exporting an Address Book

The Linux/Mac client currently does not import and export address books

6.6 Printing Address Lists

You can print addresses in lists from the Address Book.
1 In the Main Window, click
2 Click the address book that contains the entries you want to print.
3 Multiple select individual entries to print.

Make no selections if you want to print the entire address book.
4 Click File > Print.
5 On the Form tab, click List in the Select items to be printed group box.
6 Click what you want to print in the Select available print forms list box.
You can only print information that has been entered in the address book fields. If there is no
information for a particular field, nothing is printed for that field.
7 Click the Content tab.
8 Depending on what you selected to print in
fields you want to print.
9 Click Preview to see how the list will look.
10 Click Print.
