3.5.1 Selecting a Printer

GroupWise defaults to the same printer that you have set as your default on your desktop.
Linux:
For example, to select your default printer on the GNOME* desktop:
1 Click Computer > Control Center.
2 Click Hardware > Printers.
3 Right-click a printer, the click Make Default.
Mac:
1 In System Preferences, click Printer & Fax.
2 Control+click a printer, then click Set default printer.
When you print an item, you can select a different printer as needed.

3.5.2 Printing E-Mail

1 In an open folder, select the message, then click File > Print.
or
In an open item, click Print.
In the Select item to be printed field, the message is selected by default.
2 In the Select available print form field, select the select the form you want if more than one is
available.
3 Linux: In the Name field, select a printer other than the default, as needed.
4 On the Contents tab, select whether you want to include the page number, the sender, the
recipient, the date and the subject line.
You can select some options as defaults for all printed items, as described in
"Specifying Default E-Mail Header Information to Print," on page
5 Click Preview if you want to see how the printed item will look.
6 Click Print.
7 Mac: Select the desired standard Mac print options as needed, including selecting a printer
other than the default, then click Print.

3.5.3 Printing E-Mail with Attachments

1 In an open folder, right-click the message, then click Print.
