Tape Slack Prevention
The 700 ZXL incorporates a special circuit
designed to take up any loose tape inside
the cassette when it is inserted. The
moment you push the cassette holder into
the compartment, the take-up spindle will
rotate several times, also if the holder is
closed without a cassette inserted. This
behavior is normal and not a fault with the
deck.
Remote Control
The optional remote control unit RM-300
(cable length 5 m) permits operation of the
RAMM contro! buttons (7) and the transport
control buttons (3), (5), (6), (8), (9), (12). For
operation of the transport controls only, the
RM-200 unit (cable length 5 m) can also be
used.
Bandschlaufenschutz
Das 700 ZXL besitzt eine besondere
Schaltung, um Bandschlaufenbiidung der
Cassette zu verhindern. Wenn das
Cassettenfach geschlossen wird, macht die
Aufwickelspindel einige Umdrehungen,
wahrend die Abwickelspindel stehenbleibt,
auch wenn nur der Deckel geschiossen wird,
ohne eine Cassette einzulegen. Dies ist kein
Fehler des Cassettendecks, sondern ein
normaler Funktionsablauf zur Straffung des
Bandes.
Fernbedienung
Mit der separat erhdltlichen Fernbedienung
RM-300 (Kabellange 5 m) kénnen sowohl die
RAMM-Tasten (7) als auch die
Bandtransporttasten (3), (5), (6), (8), (9), und
(12) ferngesteuert werden. Fir den
Bandtransport kann auch die Fernbedienung
RM-200 (Kabellange 5 m) verwendet werden.
Protection contre Je "mou" de bande_—
Le 700 ZXL est pourvu d'un circuit spécial
destiné a rattraper tout mou de bande au
niveau de la cassette lorsqu'elle est mise en
place. Au moment ot! l'on repousse la trappe
d'accés dans le compartiment, la bobine
réceptrice effectue quelques tours; il en va de
méme si la trappe est repoussée sans contenir
de cassette. Ceci est normal et ne représente
aucunement un dérangement de la platine.
Télécommande
Le boitier de télécommande RM-300 vendu
en option (longueur de cable: 5 m) permet de
télécomander les touches de commande de
RAMM
(7) ainsi que les touches de
commande de transport de bande (3), (5), (6);
(8), (9) et (12). Pour la télecommande
uniquement des fonctions de transport de
bande on peut faire appel aussi au boitier de
télécommande RM-200 (longueur de cable: 5
m).
