As this deck incorporates features such as
auto calibration and tape memory which are
vital to the recording function, be sure to consult
the paragraph "Before Recording" on page 20.
® Perform steps (1) ~ ® of the auto calibration
as described on page 20. If data for the
tape to be used have already been stored
in one of the tape memories, you need only
press the appropriate tape memory button
(19). Check whether the indicator panels
(34) and (33) display the desired playback
equalization and noise reduction. If wanting
to change these parameters, refer to "How
to Change Tape Memory Data" on
page 26.
@) If the tape data were selected using a tape
memory button (19), put the deck into the
record-standby mode by pressing the
record button (5) and the pause button (3).
Then push the play button (12) while
depressing the auto azimuth button (10).
This causes the tape counter (32) to
become "0000" and starts the automatic
azimuth alignment process, during which
the auto azimuth button (10) flashes.
@) When recording from FM broadcasts, set
the filter switch (24) to "MPX", when
recording from disks to "Subsonic".
(@) Push the counter reset button (13) to bring
the counter reading to "OOOO". If the
memory switch (29) is set to "Stop", the
tape can easily be rewound to the starting
point of the recording; if it is set to "Play",
the tape can be rewound to automatically

@ Fihren Sie die Schritte © ~@ der auf S, 20
beschriebenen Auto-Bandeinmessung
durch. Falls die nétigen Daten fir das zu
benutzende Band schon in einem Tape
Memory gespeichert sind, brauchen Sie
nur die entsprechende Tape-Memory-
Taste (19) zu driicken. Priifen Sie, ob die
Anzeiger (34) und (33) die gewiinschte
Wiedergabe-Enitzerrung und
Rauschunterdriickung anzeigen. Falls
diese Werte geandert werden sollen,
konsultieren Sie den Abschnitt ,Anderung
von im Tape Memory gespeicherten
Daten" auf $.26.
@) Falls die Daten fir das zu bentitzende
Band mit Hilfe einer Tape-Memory-Taste
gewahlt wurden, versetzen Sie das
Cassettendeck in den Aufnahme/Standby-
Zustand durch Niederdriicken der
Aufnahmetaste (5) und Betatigen der
Pausetaste (3). Betatigen Sie dann die
Wiedergabetaste (12) wahrend Sie die
Azimuth-Taste (10) gedrtickt halten.
Hierdurch geht das Bandzahiwerk (32) auf
0000" und die automatische Justage des
Aufnahmekopf-Azimuthwinkels beginnt,
wahrend derer die Azimuth-Taste (10)
blinkt.
Etant donné le fait que cette platine est

des mémoires de bande, il suffit d'appuyer
sur la touche de mémoire de bande (19)
correspondante. Verifier si les panneaux
indicateurs (34) et (33) visualisent bien
l'égalisation a la reproduction et la
réduction de bruit souhaitées. Si l'on
désire modifier ces paramétres, se reporter
au paragraphe intitulé "Modification des
données en mémoire", a la page 26.
@ Si les données correspondantes 4 la bande
ont été choisies par appuis sur l'une des
touches de mémoire de bande (19), mettre
la platine en mode d'attente a
'enregistrement en appuyant sur fa touche
d'enregistrement (5) et sur celle de pause
(3) puis appuyer sur la touche de
reproduction (12) tout en actionnant la
touche d'azimutage automatique (10). Ceci
a pour effet de ramener le compteur de
bande (32) a "0000" et de déclencher le
processus d'azimutage automatique, au
cours duquel la touche d'azimutage
automatique (10) clignote.
