Calibrating Sequence
Use calibration function to output initial and full scale values (0 ... 20mA / 4 ... 20mA).
Enter the value measured on meter, e.g.
1 mA, measured on 0 mA threshold
19 mA, measured on 20 mA threshold.
System calibrates output correctly to 0-20 mA.
You can also calibrate the 4-20 mA range.
Operating Sequence
Scroll field for selection of calibration range or reset function appears:
435:Calibrate Analog Output
Range: 0-20mA
There are the following possibilities:
0-20mA: See (a)
4-20mA: See( a)
See( b)
Reset:
a) After selection, the following input field opens:
435:Calibrate Analog Output
Analog Output mA: +0,000
Enter measured current value. Limit values are range between -4 and +8 mA.
If value read off is out of tolerance, check connected peripherals.
Acknowledge with [ENTER] key.
Input field opens:
435:Calibrate Analog Output
Analog Output mA: 20,000
Enter measured current value:
Adm. Limit Values: Min.
0-20mA, or 4-20mA 16,000 +24,000
Acknowledge with [ENTER] key.
b) Select Reset function to reject analog output calibration.
Use this function whenever you
read off implausible values (e.g. due to previous calibration fault)
