Description
1.00~1.50
Over excitation braking convert some kinetic
energy to motor heating by increasing motor
excitation. value 1 means ineffective: value
higher better performance but output current
bigger
This inverter can slow down the motor
by increasing the magnetic flux. The
energy generated by the motor during
braking can be transformed into heat
energy by increasing the magnetic flux.
The inverter monitors the state of the
motor continuously even during the
magnetic flux period. So the magnetic
flux can be used in the motor stop, as
well as to change the rotation speed of
the motor. Its other advantages are:
Brake immediately after the stop
command. It does not need to wait the
magnetic flux weaken.
The cooling is better. The current of the
stator other than the rotor increases
during magnetic flux braking, while the
cooling of the stator is more effective
than the rotor.
