Installing software on an SSC

Before proceeding, ensure that the required hardware is correctly
installed and that all connections are secure.
Follow Procedure 60 to power up a new system installation in preparation for
loading the software.

Installing software on an SSC
1 Test the power outlet.
Make sure that the correct voltage is present before you plug the power
cord into the outlet. The source must match the label at the back of the
equipment.
2 Connect the power cord from the power connectors at the back of the
Media Gateway to an AC power source. See Figure 86 on
Communication Server 1000E
