Connecting the Sytronix system SvP 7030 electrically

On-board connection points
Equipment grounding conductor
Equipment grounding conductor: Material and cross-section
Use the same metal (e.g., copper) for the equipment grounding conductor as
for the outer conductors.
Ensure a sufficient cross-section of the cables for connections from the equip-
ment grounding conductor connection point of the device to the grounding
conductor system in the control cabinet.
Cross-section of the grounding conductor connections: For drive controllers
Xxxn-Wxnnn at least 10 mm
outer conductor of the supply feeder.
Additionally, mount the housing on a bare metal mounting plate. Connect the
mounting plate also to the equipment grounding system in the control cabinet
using at least the same cross-section.

Prior to switching on and commissioning, ground or
connect the electric drive and control system compo-
nents to the equipment grounding conductor at the
grounding points.

Connect the equipment grounding conductor of the
electric drive and control system components perma-
nently to the main power supply at all times. The
leakage current is greater than 3.5 mA.

Establish an equipment grounding connection with a
copper wire of a cross-section of at least 10 mm
or additionally run a second equipment grounding
conductor of the same cross-section as the original
equipment grounding conductor.

with connected grounding conductor!
