2. With your computer off, insert the 2000 copy
of your FFI™ diagnostic software (PN
2873377) into the "A" drive. (Floppy Drive)
3. Turn on the computer.
The computer will now power up, and boot the
FFI™ diagnostic software automatically. After the
program is booted, your computer will begin run
ning the program.

NOTE: The following outlines the proper proce
dures for installing and running the FFI ™ diagnos
tic program from your computer. If you experience
problems running the FFI ™ diagnostic program or
with the software not communicating with the
EMM, please refer to the previous section.
Installing the FFI™ Diagnostic Program
1. If your laptop is powered off, turn it on.
2. Wjth you laptop powered on, allow the
Windows™ desktop to load completely.
