FUSE BOX DETAIL (2015-2016)

The RZR XP 1000 Desert Edition and High Lifter models also have a 200 Amp fuse on the wiring from the battery to
the terminal block in the front. The fuse should be checked if no power is present at the terminal block.

RELAY OPERATION

Located in the fuse box under the dash, the relays assist
with component operation like the cooling fan, fuel pump
and EFI system, drive system and EPS.
NOTE
The Rear Diff Solenoid Relay (INT'L) is mounted
separately, attached to the lower airbox bracket,
accessed through the right rear wheel well.
The Headlight Relay (INT'L) and Flash to Pass Relay
(INT'L) are also mounted separately, located under the
dash.
CHASSIS RELAY provides power to the following
systems:
• Lights (Headlights / Taillights)
• Drive (AWD)
• Accessory (12V Receptacles / Accessory Options)
COLOR
FUNCTION
Chassis fuse protected 12 Vdc
Red
constant battery voltage.
Relay coil ground.
Brown
12 Vdc power input from key
Orange
switch to enable relay.
Provides 12 Vdc power for lights,
White
drive and accessory circuits.
