Tighten the fitting finger-tight.
Tips:
• You can also use the column-gripping tool when tightening this fitting.
• To prevent band spreading, ensure that the tubing is fully bottomed in the connection port
before tightening the fitting.

Tighten the fitting finger-tight plus an additional 1/4-turn using a 1/4-inch open-end wrench.
Tip:
To prevent band spreading, ensure that the tubing is fully bottomed in the connection port
before you tighten the compression screw.
