at tee 2. Before flushing, substitute a union for the 300-µm ID column and set the TVM right valve
to position 1.
D.2.4.5.3 Cleaning the sample manager
Restriction:
Use this procedure on ACQUITY UPLC M-Class systems only. It is not compatible
with other ACQUITY UPLC systems.
Required materials
• 70% LC/MS-grade isopropanol 30% water solution
To clean the sample manager:
1. Verify that the sample manager injection valve is in the Load position.
a. In the console system tree, select Sample Manager, and then select Interactive
Display.
b. If the injection valve is not in the Load position, do as follows:
