2.5 INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

Install the plotter in an appropriate place with reference to the following:
Important
• Do not install the plotter in the following places :
On a shaky stand
o
Sloping surfaces
o
Places where vibration of other machines, etc. are transmitted.
o
• Do not stamp on the plotter and do not place heavy things on top of it. The plotter will be
damaged.
• Cover the plotter with a blanket or a cloth like tablecloth and do not close the ventilation hole. If
closing the vent, the plotter could accumulate heat inside and will cause fire.
• Do not install the plotter in a location that has high humidity or is dusty. It could lead to electric
shock and fire.

Places where temperature or humidity rapidly change, even though within the required conditions.
