If the media is jammed or torn, remove it according to "The media is jammed."

1 Are you using dedicated media?
2 Is the loading position of the media correct?
3 Is the media loaded at an angle?

the one specified, e.g. near an air conditioner?
6 Did you load sheet media?
7 Are you using folded, torn or rolled media?
(3) The wrong media size is set during initialization.

1 Are you using dedicated media?
2 Is the media loaded at an angle?
3 When the media is set, does it curl upward?

5 Are you using media that has been printed already?
(4) Tracing paper or thin media is not detected.
