When installing a new cutter blade, make sure that the spring built-in in the blade holder does not come
out of the holder.
Step 9 : Softly push the knob of the cutter blade and reposition the cutter holder lever (2) simultaneously
as shown on the image below.
Notes
•
Do not strongly press or suddenly release the cutter holder knob, to prevent the built-in spring from
springing out.
o Do not push the cutter holder to the end. The cutter blade will damage the inside of the plotter.
o Correctly install the cutter holder lever referring to the image shown in this step of the procedure.
•
Incorrect installation will generate errors.
If an error occurs, check that the cutter holder lever is attached correctly.
Step 10 : Close the front cover (1).
Step 11 : Press the [Enter] key on the operation panel.
Result: The carriage returns to its original position.
