Program 25: DID/DISA Setup
25-04:
DID/DISA Transfer Ring Group with No Answer/Busy
Description
Use Program 25-04 : DID/DISA Transfer Ring Group with No Answer/Busy to set the operating mode of each
DISA trunk. This sets what happens to the call when the DISA caller calls a busy or unanswered extension. The call
can either disconnect (0) or Transfer to an alternate destination (a ring group or voice mail). When setting the DISA
and DID Operating Mode, you make an entry for each Night Service mode.

Telephone Programming Instructions
To enter data for Program 25-04(DID/DISA Transfer Ring Group with No Answer/Busy):
1. Enter the programming mode.
2. Enter 25 04

3. Enter the number of the item you want to program.

4. Select the Trunk port number to be programmed by pressing the FLASH or the VOLUME▲ or VOLUME▼
keys.
5. Enter data for the item you selected + HOLD.
6. Enter data for the next item in the program.
OR
Press DC once to enter a new item number.
OR
Press DC until you've exited that series's programming section.
