Use Program 15-01 : Basic Extension Data Setup to define the basic settings for each extension.

Outgoing Trunk Line Preference
Use this option to set the
extension's outgoing Trunk Line
Preference. If enabled, the
extension user get trunk dial tone
when they lift the handset.
The user hears trunk dial tone only
if allowed by Trunk Access Map
programming (Programs 14-07 and
15-06). Refer to the Line
Preference feature for more details.

exclude the extension you are
programming in the SMDR report.
