Multiple imaging steps
If the plate was configured with multiple imaging steps, you can select the one used for analysis.
To select the imaging step, click one of the available boxes indicated by this icon: . The
channels that were activated in the selected imaging step are shown below the imaging step
buttons, along with the duration and gain.
Note: If an imaging step failed during the run or images are of low quality, a message is shown
by moving the mouse over the camera icon to indicate that the results might be incorrect Furthermore
error messages are indicated with a red box around the image step icon, warnings with a yellow
box.
Note: If the images are good, but not all the wells have been filled, following error appears.
