4.10 Safety Integrated commissioning
Settings
1. Call the "SLS" safety functions.

The "Control" screen form opens. The way the screen form is displayed depends on the
basic settings of the Safety Integrated function SLS.
In this screen form, configure the controls via the fail-safe inputs and outputs and/or
PROFIsafe (see Chapter "Control (Page 281)").
3. Call the "SLS" safety function again.
4. Enter a delay time in field "Delay Time Selection SLS >> SLS active" (P9551).
5. Enter a suitable value for level 1 of the speed limit (p9531[0]).
6. Select a suitable stop response for level 1 from the drop-down list (p9563[0]).
7. Click the

8. If you want to additionally configure levels 2, 3, and/or 4 for the speed limit, repeat steps 5
to 7 for each level.
9. In field "Setpoint velocity limitation SLS level" (p9533) enter a weighting factor to
determine the setpoint limit from the selected actual speed limit in percent.
10.If you want to use a PROFIsafe override for level 1 of the speed limit, choose item
"Enabled" from the "PROFIsafe-Override" drop-down list (p9501.24).
