4.16.1 Alert default settings
The following alert default settings are used for the Rosemount 5900. You may configure
error types in a different way if you like. For example, the Device major information error is
configured as a Maintenance Required alert (disabled) for the Rosemount 5900S by
default. The Alert Setup window allows you to enable the alert as Failure, Out of
Specification, Maintenance Required, or Function Check.
