After all well types, names and concentrations/dilution factors and volumes have been applied to the plate
map, select all wells that define an experimental set, or Group, that should all be analyzed together. All
Known wells will appear on the graph. Unknown wells will be interpolated from the Known well standard
curve.

Touch the Group drop-down to expand the list of Group options. Up to eleven Groups (A–K) can be
assigned to a plate. The dashed black line in the lower right corner of the Group drop-down menu will
undo a Group assignment.

Choose a Group from the Group drop-down and apply to the selected wells. Once a Group has been
assigned, the frames of the selected wells will highlight with the corresponding Group color.
