Ratio Function
The Ratio (Ratiometric) function is specific for BRET and FRET assays. With this function, two readings are
obtained from the same sample, and the ratio of the readings are calculated.

Wait Function
Use the Wait function to pause or incubate before taking a measurement. After selecting the duration time
window, a keypad will appear in which you can enter the time in hh:mm:ss format. Enter between 1 second and 72
hours in increments of 1 second.
