You can perform calibration by using your own reference plate and calibration data instead of white calibration.
The calibration data for user calibration can be specified by connecting the instrument to a PC and using the
optional Color Data Software "SpectraMagic DX". Users can select whether to use the user calibration data for
measurement.
Operating Procedure Start the procedure from <Setting> - <Calibration setup>.

Press [MENU].
The <User calibration> screen is displayed.
Settings
OFF : User calibration cannot be performed.

Use [] or [] to move the cursor to select "OFF" or
"ON".

Press the [Confirmation] key.
The selection is confirmed and the screen returns to the
<Calibration setup> screen.
If [ESC] is pressed without pressing the [Confirmation]

return to the <Calibration setup> screen.
