Annual Calibration Messages
As the time for periodic calibration approaches, the instrument shows a message reading "Regularly scheduled
device calibration is required. Please contact the nearest service center." at start-up to recommend annual service
recalibration.
The annual calibration message can be set to be shown or to be hidden when the recommended recalibration time
comes.
Although the annual calibration message can be hidden, it is recommended to accept our recalibration
Notes
service.
Display of the annual calibration message is set to "ON (Display)" when the instrument is shipped from the factory.

Operating Procedure

Press [MENU].
The <Annual calibration> screen is displayed.
Settings
OFF : Do not show the annual calibration message
{
even if the next calibration date has been passed.
ON
: Show the annual calibration message when the
{
next calibration date approaches.

Use [] or [] to move the cursor to select "OFF" or
"ON".
If the annual calibration notification message is set to ON,

the annual calibration message will be displayed when the
specified day approaches. The date of the next calibration is
specified before the instrument is shipped from the factory
or during KONICA MINOLTA calibration service (or
maintenance) and cannot be changed.

Press the [Confirmation] key.
The selection is confirmed and the screen returns to the
<Setting> screen.
If [ESC] is pressed without pressing the [Confirmation]

key, the settings will not be changed and the screen will
return to the <Setting> screen.
