Setting the Clock
This instrument has a built-in clock to record the date and time of measurement. Because the date and time have
been set at the factory, there is no need to change these settings under normal conditions. If necessary, however,
the date and time settings may be configured.
Operating Procedure
1
Use [] or [] to move the cursor to "Date & time",
and then press the [Confirmation] key.
The <Date & time> setting screen is displayed.

Use [] or [] to move the cursor to the item to be
set, and then press the [Confirmation] key.
The cursor color turns to blue and  and  are displayed
above and below the cursor.

Use [] or [] to change the value.
Settings
Year
: 2000–2099

Month
: 1 to 12

Day
: 1 to 28, 29, 30 and 31 (varies with selected
{
month/year)
Hour
: 0 to 23
{
Minute
: 0 to 59
{
Second
: 0 to 59
{
• The value increases/decreases by one with each button
press.
• Holding down [] or [] increases/decreases the value
by one continuously.
• Use [] or [] to move between digits.

Press the [Confirmation] key.
The setting is confirmed.
If [ESC] is pressed without pressing the [Confirmation]

key, the settings will not be changed.

Repeat steps 2 to 4 for each of the date (Year/
Month/Day) and time (Hour : Minute : Second)
parameters.

After all settings have been configured, use [] or
[] to move the cursor to "OK", and then press the
[Confirmation] key.
The selection is confirmed and the screen returns to the
<Instrument setup> screen.
If [ESC] is pressed without pressing the [Confirmation]

key, the settings will not be changed and the screen will
return to the <Instrument setup> screen.
