Failing bearings cause the palletizing accuracy, and in severe cases, the workpiece
may fall down uncontrolly
• The gripper part or workpiece may fall down
• Loose bolts
Action
1. Determine which bearing is emitting the noise.
2. Make sure the bearing has sufficient lubrication.
3. Replace the bearing with a new one.

Tighten the bolts to the recommended torque.
