5 Click OK, and then click Close.
You cannot delete the following media files:
• Files of the status Transcoding or Waiting
• Files of the original RAW, ISMV, ZIP format
Original RAW files are marked with
To restart a media file:
1 Go to Media > Archives.
In the archives list, select an archive.

On the ACTION panel, click Media Files.

4 Click a media file to be restarted, and then click Restart.
5 Click OK, and then click Close.
You cannot restart transcoding the following files:
• Files of the status Transcoding or Waiting
• Files of the original RAW format
To stop an ongoing transcoding:
Go to Media > Archives.

In the archives list, select an archive.

3 On the ACTION panel, click Media Files.
Click a media file of the status Transcoding or Waiting, and then click

Stop.
Click OK, and then click Close.

You cannot stop transcoding files of the status Ready, Error, or Stopped.

Quick Code

A quick code is generated automatically for every archive after the system
completes a recording. You can view the recorded video by the quick code
beside their media type name.
