Customizing IVR

The Polycom RSS 4000 system provides IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
service. After the endpoint dials the Polycom RSS 4000 system and gets
connected, you can hear different IVR voice prompts when you receive the
endpoint menu from the operating system.
To customize the IVR information:
Go to Admin > UI Customization.

Select the IVR information to be played and corresponding language

option.

Click Open.
The audio file to be uploaded must be in PCM format, and the sampling
frequency must be 16 or 32 KHz, 16bit, and stereo or mono.

Customizing UI Logo

You can customize the logo displayed on both Admin UI and portal user
interface.
To customize the Logo picture of the web Management interface:
Go to Admin > UI Customization.

In the Web User Interface Logo area, click Open to select the picture to

be uploaded.
The uploaded pictures must be in the *.png format, with 201 * 54 pixels.
Click Upload.

After the picture is uploaded, you need to close the Internet Explorer and
reopen it to see the new configuration.

Go to Admin > UI Customization.

In the Portal User Interface Logo area, click Open to select the picture to
be uploaded.
