If your web browser is the Internet Explorer, you may be prompted Display mixed
content? when you view a live streaming. Click Yes to proceed.
This happens because the Viewer Portal uses secured HTTP (https) yet the streaming
URL doesn't. You can change the Internet Explorer's default security settings from
Internet Options > Internet > Custom level > Miscellaneous > Display mixed
content > Enable.
With the improved video layout, you can now preview thumbnails and choose
where to start playback.
When you generate a Polycom RealPresence Media Editor presentation, the
first frame appears as the thumbnail when you view archived media files
• You need to enable Generate thumbnail snapshots from content channel &
create a presentation package for use with Polycom RealPresence Media
Editor from VRR > Templates > Edit.
To preview thumbnails and choose where to start playback of an archived file:
1 Click Archives.
2 Choose a media file with a thumbnail.
Click a format to view it.

Select among the thumbnails at the bottom of the screen to start playback.
