Logging Off of the ETERNUS CS800

When you are done working in the ETERNUS CS800 remote management console, click
Logout on the upper right of the remote management console to end your session.

The Remote Management Console

After you log on to the ETERNUS CS800, the remote management console displays. The
remote management console includes the following features:

"System Banner"

"Main Menu"
"ETERNUS CS800 Management Pages"
System Banner
The system banner displays at the top of the remote management console (see
Use the system banner to see overall system status and alert information at a glance, and
to quickly access additional information. The system banner also displays the time and date
as well as the login type.

CAUTION!
More than one Administrator can log on to the ETERNUS CS800 at a time. If two
Administrators attempt to make configuration changes on the same page at the
same time, it is possible that one Administrator's changes will overwrite the other's.
Always coordinate configuration changes with other Administrator users.
If the ETERNUS CS800 remote management console is idle for more than 30
minutes (default setting), the system logs off the user. The inactivity timeout can be
changed on the Login Session page (see
The Remote Management Console
