AES: Advanced Encryption Standard (AES: Standard encryption used for infor-
mation processing by the US federal government)" is a standardized encryption
method. The ETERNUS CS800 adopt the AES 128-bit encryption.
Fujitsu: "Fujitsu" is an encryption method which uses a Fujitsu proprietary
algorithm. Compared to AES, its practical security level is almost equal while it
allows faster processing than AES.
CAUTION!
Once encrypted, date on the storage array cannot be changed to non-encrypted
data.
