ETERNUS CS800 Status and Problem Reporting
To maintain system health and help you identify and correct problems that occur, the
ETERNUS CS800 constantly performs the following actions:
Monitors the system software and hardware components.

Detects system problems.
●
Attempts to isolate each problem to a specific field replaceable component.
●
Attempts to recover from the problem.
●
Logs the problem.
●
If the problem requires service, the system reports the problem in a service ticket
●
associated with the field replaceable component.
